Some horses come here and stay for a month, a year or two. Others come and stay with us for their lives. As you all know Sabrina was incredibly special to us all. My heart is broken as I write this, I just can’t bare the task of telling you all individually. But wanted you all to know first hand from me. Sabrina galloped off into the moon last night. Sabrina was so much to so many. She was my love, my guide, my teacher and my dearest friend. She was Cedars best friend and companion for 8 years. She taught so many to ride and to be patient. To really look inside the horse and be present. She worked with veterans and others that needed to overcome obstacles in their path. She was kind and beautiful and perfect and so loved by so many. I am so grateful to have been given the honor to share my path with her for 8 years.
